Thailand Ready Stock
All in-stock items located in Thailand are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are carefully prepared to ensure quality before shipping.
Pre-Order From Australian Roasters
Pre-order items sourced from selected Australian roasters are typically processed and dispatched within 48–72 business hours. After dispatch from Australia, delivery to Thailand generally takes 14–21 business days, subject to customs clearance and international courier timelines.
*Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on the roast schedule of the selected beans. As many coffees are roasted close to shipment to ensure optimal freshness, minor delays may occur. Delivery times may also be extended during peak seasons and public holidays due to courier demand.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Thailand,
with no minimum purchase required. All orders are delivered via SPX Express.
Delayed Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volume.
If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist in tracking your shipment. While we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Returns & Refunds Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders delivered within Thailand only.
If you have any concerns about a product purchased through the OzRoast website, please contact us at ozroast@gmail.com and we will be happy to review your request.
Refund Conditions
• Returned products must be sent back in saleable condition and as soon as reasonably possible after purchase.
• Due to the nature of coffee products, OzRoast does not accept returns unless there is a confirmed quality issue, damage, or an error in the order.
• Products should be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during return shipping. OzRoast reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
• In some cases, we may contact the customer for additional information regarding the returned product in order to verify the issue or improve our quality control.
• Return shipping costs may be determined by OzRoast depending on the circumstances of the return.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. The exact timing may depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
