Where do OzRoast coffee beans come from?
OzRoast coffee beans are imported from Australia and carefully selected from a range of quality brands. We prioritize freshness, consistent roasting standards, and clean, well-defined flavor profiles to ensure the best coffee experience in every cup.
Can you grind my beans?
For optimal freshness and quality, we recommend ordering whole beans, especially due to international shipping times between Australia and Thailand.
If you prefer pre-ground coffee, simply leave your desired grind size in the order notes (e.g., espresso, filter, AeroPress), and we’ll prepare it accordingly.
Please note that grinding service is available for pre-order items only and does not apply to ready-to-ship products.
What roast levels are available?
Coffee beans imported from Australia are often designed based on drinking style, which reflects Australia’s coffee culture. They are typically categorized as:
Milk-based – Ideal for milk coffees such as Latte, Flat White, or Cappuccino
Espresso – Suitable for Espresso, Americano, or Long Black
Filter Coffee – Best for brewing methods such as Pour Over or Drip Coffee
What brewing method is recommended?
Milk-based – Espresso machine for milk-based drinks
Espresso – Espresso machine for Espresso or Americano
Filter Coffee – Pour Over, Drip Coffee, or French Press
However, brewing ratios and extraction methods can vary depending on individual recipes and preferences. The recommendations above are general guidelines based on the characteristics of each coffee bean, but the final result may vary depending on your equipment, recipe, and personal taste. ☕
What is the typical shelf life of coffee beans?
Coffee beans are generally best enjoyed within 4–8 weeks after roasting, depending on storage conditions and brewing preferences.

How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through the OzRoast website. Simply select your preferred coffee, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout using one of our available payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

How long does it take for ready-to-ship and pre-order items?
Thailand – Ready Stock
In-stock items in Thailand are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Pre-Order – From Australian Roasters
Pre-order items are processed within 48–72 business hours. Delivery to Thailand typically takes 10–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and courier timelines.
Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on the roast schedule to ensure optimal freshness. Delays may occur during peak seasons and public holidays.
Can you deliver outside Thailand?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please note that any import taxes, duties, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not charge Value Added Tax (VAT) to customers; therefore, we are unable to issue a full tax invoice. However, we can provide an official receipt upon request.
